Salary: £47,008 - £58,240 DoE & qualifications.

The Role:

Lead the management team and drive the service forward
Develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans
Ensure a safe, secure, and homely environment for children
Mentor and guide an established staff team
Ensure staff training and development
Compliance with legislation, policies, and Ofsted requirements


Our Ideal Candidate will:

Hold a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce Diploma (or equivalent)
Hold their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management
Have a minimum two years' experience working in a residential environment
Have experience leading and motivating a staff team
Knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements
Be flexible and willing to go the extra mile
Be able to handle challenges with patience and empathy
