Do you have experience in monitoring, impact and evaluation? Are you passionate about making a difference?
If so, we could have just the role for you!
We are recruiting a Impact Officer to support with monitoring and evaluation of our employment programmes, which will include both quantitative and qualitative data. We are looking for someone who has experience of designing and implementing evaluation tools. They will have a passion for participatory and inclusive methods, as a key part of the role is working closely with people with a learning disability to co-produce evaluation. 
This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) fixed term contract for the next 12 months and we offer flexible working arrangements. Travel will be required to our London office, as well as travel to various locations where needed for fieldwork.

- understanding of data ethics and data protection
- confident using microsoft office programmes
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- experience of co-production or partcipatory research methods
