Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and motivated Labourer to assist with various construction and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This role requires a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check due to the nature of the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with construction projects.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
- Operating basic hand tools and equipment as required.
- Performing manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Any other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Requirements:
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- Previous experience in construction or a similar labour-intensive role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
