Summary
As a recognised provider of innovative, high quality care services, Central London Community Health Trust are looking for an exceptional individual to join our highly respected Barnet Planned Care Service. We are currently seeking a motivated Nurse to join our Wound Clinic Service in the South and West localities of Barnet.

If so, an exciting new opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to join our Wound Clinic Service. As the Service continues to develop, there will be opportunities to rotate within the Tissue Viability Service visiting patients in a variety of settings to undertake wound assessments.
The post holder will work closely with the Tissue Viability Service, GPs and other clinicians to deliver high quality care and maintain close orking relationships with community services.
