Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are delighted to be working with a global blue-chip manufacturing company to seek a paint sprayer for its next generation of valued and trusted employees. The sky really is the limit here with learning and development a huge priority for this company. Along with fantastic pay rates 5 days a week this company is also offering guaranteed overtime every week! You could earn up to £560 per week with overtime!
As a paint sprayer you can expect your day to be varied and challenging. You will be on their spray line, learning production processes, providing support to other members of the team and eventually be given the freedom to demonstrate your ability to learn and develop to look for the next step.
About the Client:
Our client has more than 350 years of innovation , they are a true “engineering house”, agile and fundamentally driven by innovation, our client shapes both present and future by drawing from its past.
Pay & Benefits:
• Temporary to Permanent position
• Chance for progression within the company
• Weekly pay whilst with the agency
• Monday to Friday (rotating 7:00am - 15:30pm & 1:30pm - 22:00pm)
What we’re looking for?
• Punctual and available for overtime
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Spray Painting experience is desired
• Engineering experience is desired however not essential
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment is desired.
• Production experience is desired
