As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base and developing our client portfolio through business-to-business sales. If you have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a goal-oriented approach, we want to hear from you!
Here's what you'll be doing in this exciting role:
Identify and engage with new clients, creating and developing business opportunities.
Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards and social media.
Screen CV’s and applications to assess candidate qualifications and skills.
Conduct face-to-face and phone interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and client
Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions.
Utilize strong business development skills to onboard new clients.
Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs).
Here's what we're looking for in a candidate:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented approach to work.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving ability.
