Summary
NAS Recruitment are currently recruiting nightshift warehouse operatives for our client in Newhouse. These are full time positions and will lead to permanent employment for suitable candidates.
This is a nightshift position, Sunday to Thursday 21:00 start. Having your own transport will be beneficial due to the location and the start/finish times.
Daily duties will consist of:
Picking and labelling products ready for dispatch
Locating products and rotating stock effectively
Replenishing the warehouse as and when required
Ensuring all cages, pallets and stillages are safe and secure in line with our Health Safety standards & legislation
Complying with health and safety legislation to keep you and your teammates safe
The following experience will be beneficial, though not essential as full training is provided:
Picking experience
Working within a food / chilled environment
Using warehouse equipment e.g. a low-level operating platform
Working in accordance with safe systems of work
Rates of pay are from £12.65 to £18.15, with the majority of nightshift hours from £15.18.
Backs (18:00-22:00) - £13.92
Nights (22:00-06:00) - £15.18
Overtime (after 45 hours) - £18.53
