You’ll have experience of youth and community work/enrichment and/or targeted assessment, intervention and support, and have experience of positively engaging young people and working with them to improve behaviour, skills and confidence in challenging situations. You’ll be able to lead on the planning and delivery of enrichment activities and events to support and enhance the student experience and demonstrate the ability to deliver student workshops/presentations or tutorials.

Although this role is primarily based at Kingston College, you may be required to travel to or work from any of the South Thames Colleges Group sites.
