Summary

Design Support Administrator paying between 24-27k Per annum
As a Design support Administrator you will be working Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.00pm. This role is located in Highbridge only a 7 minute train journey from Brigwater or a 3 minute drive off the m5 junction 22 where Parking is available Onsite.

The role of a Design support administrator will include:

- Monitoring key dates and assist across the design team where required
- Working closely with the design team/purchasing team/bid managers/estimators/production department to ensure deadlines are met and work/outputs are accurate, throughout the design and development process
- Direct communications with supplier/manufacturers/main contractors and architects to obtain/supply technical Data sheets/brochures
- Document Control Admin internal/external uploading data internally to OSS Production systems and/or staff (via email), Main Contractors/Architects/Consultants via software and/or email

Essential skills required for the role of Design support administrator:

- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Customer service skills
- Reliable
- Flexible
- Must be able to work on own initiative

Desirable

- An interest in design
- Knowledge of CAD
- Knowledge of manufacturing
