Children's Social Worker Level 3

Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Social Worker Level 3 to join our team in the Health and Social Care industry. As a Children's Social Worker Level 3, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advocating for children and families facing challenging circumstances. You will be responsible for providing a range of support services and interventions to ensure the well-being and safety of children in our care.

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations of children and families to identify their needs and concerns.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring they are reflective of the child's best interests and safety.
Provide crisis intervention and support to children and families experiencing trauma or difficult circumstances.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and therapists, to coordinate integrated and comprehensive care.
Liaise with external agencies and community resources to access additional support services for children and families.
Monitor and review the progress of children and families, adjusting care plans as necessary to address evolving needs.
Act as an advocate for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are upheld.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
Professional licensure as a Social Worker.
Advanced knowledge of child development and child protection legislation.
Proven experience working with children and families in challenging circumstances.
Strong assessment, evaluation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
High level of sensitivity, empathy, and understanding when dealing with challenging situations.

Start Time: 08:30
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £32.00
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
