About the Role:
As a Surveyor within our dynamic team, you will play a key role in managing the sales process from start to finish. This includes attending customer properties to measure and discuss potential projects, advising on our range of products which include composite decking and resin bound surfacing, producing accurate quotes, and overseeing the sales process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory outcome for both the company and our customers.
Key Duties:
Conducting site visits to measure and assess customer requirements.
Providing expert advice on our bespoke range of outdoor products.
Creating detailed and accurate quotes.
Managing the end-to-end sales process.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: A basic salary plus a commission structure with an On Target Earnings (OTE) between £30,000 to £50,000.
Comprehensive Benefits: Including 28 days holiday, uniform provision, monthly pay, and coverage of fuel and business expenses.

Proven experience in a similar role or a keen interest in the outdoor home improvement sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and providing top-notch customer service.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
