We are looking for talented people who excel in the following areas:

• Understand and able to communicate all relevant information on food allergens
• Willing to obtain or hold relevant kitchen and hygiene certificates
• Great understanding of UK food safety and hygiene regulations
• Time Management/Customer Service/Teamwork/food handling experience
Main Duties, Skills and Responsibilities
• Knowing what makes good Pizza, Burgers, wraps and Parmesans
• Preparing and storing Pizza dough and sauces
• Working with the team and trains other cooks in the preparation process
• Checking quality of food before served to customers
• Ensuring food quality and hygiene are maintained at the highest levels
• Ensuring all cooking stations are prepped with necessary tools
• Ensuring cooking stations are regularly sanitized and whole kitchen is clean
• Performing regular maintenance on kitchen equipment
• Daily temperature recording and completing FSA food safety documentation
• Dealing with and resolving customer complaints by offering great customer service
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years of Pizza chef experience required.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per Year
