We are looking to hire an experienced and talented Head Chef to join the catering team at London NW1 and oversee/produce our catering offering for Staff Dining and Hospitality. This is a Monday to Friday job, with overtime pay for evening events, with excellent transport links (Euston Square, Euston and Warren Street Stations are within walking distance) and free on-site gym alongside other perks

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food service

- Ordering food, looking after stock control and controlling food waste
- Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
- Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
