We are looking for somebody with passion for museums, history & heritage and supporting the provision of tourism information. You will be a part of a small and dedicated team, supporting operational opening and being the front of house welcome for this unique historic site.
You will help support and assist Boston Guildhall and the TIC in its day to day delivery as a visitor attraction dealing with visitors, users and enquirers delivering a high standard of customer care. You will deal with retail sales and also support preparation and delivery of the site for private and in-house events/hire, and support weddings.
You will also be responsible for assisting with historic building housekeeping regimes and supporting and assisting in collection care and management activities, both with the guidance of the Museum, Venue and Events Officer and or the Principal Museum, Arts and Heritage Officer.
