Summary

I am looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager / Office Manager to join a leading FM provider in Darlington. The Main purpose of the role is to oversee the smooth running of the service provision, responsible for ensuring that the day to day running of a small portfolio of sites across a geographical area is undertaken safely and efficiently at all times with a can-do attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational and staff management responsibility
  • Liaison/Interface with tenants, Stakeholders, suppliers and landlords agents to deliver results against established KPI's and issue resolution
  • Maintain Statutory Compliance for the Site
  • Take ownership of set service lines
  • Managing performance of In-house and out-sourced services to agreed service levels
  • Maintain Records in line with Facilities Management and Contract Schedule.
  • Contribution to the delivery of Building related Capital Investment plans including M & E, control & security systems, internal & external fabric
  • Quality and performance management of all services including monthly performance reporting and maintenance of site document registry
  • Responsible for coordination of Emergency procedures
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, through regular communication and formal review meetings
  • Evaluation of Facilities

Key Experience:

  • Track record of substantial success in a similar role at a similar level, delivering services on time, to specification, within Budget, leading a small team.
  • Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety Law and its implementation
  • Track record of delivering information and reports to Senior Managers
  • You will be a team player, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Facilities and Office Services Role
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience in a Facilities Management Environment
  • First Aider & Mental First Aid Trained
  • Driving Licence
