Title: Print Production Supervisor
Location: Bristol
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday - Friday (40 hour week)

A new opportunity has just become available for a Print Production Supervisor. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the production. Handling customers and building rapport is of the utmost importance, so strong communication skills are a must!
Candidate Responsibilities:
• To help solve operational problems quickly and efficiently to promote the best customer experience possible.
• Assisting the Business Manager and being responsible for the Printroom when required.
• Offering support to the printroom staff to ensure the they are conducting an efficient and effective production.
• Regularly check the quality of work produced meets with the customers’ requirements.
• Liasing with couriers to ensure that the customers work is delivered in a timely manner.
• Following and adhering to Health & Safety policies and other procedures and guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience of working in a similar role in a reprographics environment.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop is desirable.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience working to tight deadlines with the ability to manage busy workloads.
• Excellent communication and team working skills.
• Prior experience of solving problems effectively and efficiently.
