Summary

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join the Operational Support Team at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science on Sutton Bonington Campus. The selected individual will provide provide day-to-day administrative support to the Pathology area of the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science.

The role holder will organise their day-to-day work to reach specific goals. To provide a high-quality welcoming and professional point of contact for the department via all methods of communication: email, telephone, and in-person. The position will demand flexibility, dynamism, enthusiasm, and initiative, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. To succeed, the applicant must be thorough and careful in their approach to duties. Excellent IT abilities, including knowledge of a variety of Microsoft software and internet applications, are required, and expertise in a virtual learning environment would be desirable.

This post is available on a fixed term basis until 31/03/2026. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours). Job share arrangements may be considered.
