MANUAL FIRST STAGE MACHINISTS REQUIRED
Due to the rapid expansion of our subcontract machining department, we are currently recruiting
Applicants must :-
Have the right to work in the UK.
Must be resident in the UK at the time of application
Have English as a first language or excellent as a second language
Be apprentice trained to Machinist – Advanced Manufacturing (NVQ level 3) or equivalent.
Have extensive experience working manual turret lathes working with 100mm diameter and over.
or
Have extensive experience working manual vertical borers working with 300mm diameter and over.
Be able to work to tolerances of +/- 0.5mm on the above machines.
Be able to read simple drawings.
Be able to think on their feet.
Have a can-do attitude.
Be able to work overtime as demanded - this includes weekends
