Load and unload goods from the vehicle in a secure and organized manner, following established health and safety procedures.4. Conduct thorough vehicle checks prior to each journey, reporting any defects or issues to the relevant authorities or line manager.5. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous manner when interacting with clients and customers.6. Communicate effectively with the transport team to report any delays, changes, or additional requirements, ensuring smooth operations.7. Ensure that all relevant documents, such as delivery notes, vehicle defects, and logbooks, are accurately completed and submitted on time.8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations, in order to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.Qualifications:1. Possess a valid and in-date Category C (HGV Class 2) driving license.2. Driver Qualification Card (DQC) is required, demonstrating up-to-date knowledge and compliance with professional driving standards.3. A good understanding of road traffic regulations and legal requirements related to HGV driving.4. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the driving industry, is highly desirable.5.
