Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage integrated design schedule, job status recording & updates & all project steps from brief to delivery
• Work under direction of Head of Content & Creative to execute brand & manage delivery of creative assets within a music & music audience context. Creative touchpoints include copy, print & digital design, campaign production, events, set builds, gigs, photography, video & social assets
• Lead creative project management & underpin with solid production process, including scheduling kick-off meetings, project team meetings & working meetings as needed to minimise risk & manage expectations for each project
• Assist in pulling together scope of work for each project, including final costs, technical specs, project timelines & designation of roles & responsibilities
• Drive creative process & timelines cross all functions & secure creative approvals with Head of Content.
• Oversight of creative production including asset management & timelines. Develop & oversee processes & asset management tools to streamline workflows
• Partner with finance & senior leadership to align creative budgets, reforecasts & long-range planning
• Help to project manage ‘special builds' including interactive displays & bespoke event displays
• Identifying potential client issues & working with the Head of Dept to develop solutions
• Identify freelance needs to ensure projects are run to time & budget. Management of freelance recruitment & onboarding
• Create & maintain studio policies & induction (handbook) for new team members/freelancers on studio protocol
• Ownership & accountability for all files, server & filing structure & naming across creative servers & global asset bank

Your Experience
• Experience of working under direction of Head of Creative & Content
• Knowledgeable across a wide variety of music genres & experienced with commercial & catalogue library release schedules across DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, etc.)
• Experience interacting comfortably & effectively with commercial artist talent or Music Manager/A&R stakeholders to inform creative briefs & artwork direction
• Technical & practical expertise in event production, PA sound, & lighting equipment
• Be familiar with creative aspects of licensing music for television, digital, SVOD, & advertising platforms

Your Special Skills
• Music or entertainment experience is highly preferred across the B2B & B2C space
• Demonstrated competency in project management & the execution of multiple or large projects in a marketing role within the music industry touching all creative disciplines from copy, print, photography, digital, video & events
• Experience of working across multiple timelines, office locations, & local adaptation/translation requirements, with international experiences preferred
• Strong attention to detail & focus on project & task completion
• Ability to set & manage priorities & work within tight deadlines
• Creative or design background within music industry. Solid working knowledge of digital & web technologies. Knowledge & understanding of both print & digital production processes
• Experience with project management tools
• Demonstrated ability to work with & support cross-functional teams
• Must possess leadership qualities & management skills - of both people & projects
• Excellent written & oral communication skills; extremely organized yet flexible
• Strong editing & copywriting skills
• Ability to think creatively & strategically
• Demonstrated client management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of relevant materials as well as the final construction methods for Exhibition & Events
• Detail oriented, efficient, self-starter
• Capacity to think in a fast-paced environment
• Adobe Creative Cloud, Excel, Mac and PC literate, general technical trouble shooting, Preflight, Large format

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education & work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Project Management experience in Agency, Marketing and/or Creative Services environments & some of that must be working within the music industry dealing with artists and musicians and all related music touchpoints
