Overview
We are recruiting for a Location Operations Manager to join our Energy business unit responsible for our South East region of the Valero contract based at the Grays Exolum Terminal. You will also be responsible for our West London, Hamble and Hythe depots and regular travel to these locations will be required.

We are recruiting for a Location Operations Manager to join our Energy business unit responsible for our South East region of the Valero contract based at the Grays Exolum Terminal. How will you contribute?
- Running a highly demanding operations in the South East
- Ensure Health and Safety is followed and adhered to for all sites
- Cost and management control of sites
- Ensure Operators licence and legal compliance are up to date at the designated Terminals.
- Managing a team of more than 60 people you will ensure that resource is efficiently utilised and high levels of customer service are delivered.
- You will also be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of procedures and KPI’s to ensure continuous review and improvement.
What will you bring?
- In depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of Road Transport and distribution
- Experience managing a highly unionised workforce
- A track record of change management
- Background delivering improvements in Health and Safety
- Will hold CPC (International)
- Strong literacy and numeracy and verbal communication skills
- Driving license is essential, company car/car allowance will be provided.
