Here at North Kent College, we are currently looking for professionals with industry experience to come onboard and join our Health curriculum area as a Lecturer in Health & Social Care. With the movement to T Levels in the next academic year, we are looking for industry experts with a passion for developing the next generation of Health & Social Care professionals to help deliver the curriculum to our learners.
As a Lecturer at North Kent College, you will be required to prepare, teach and assess a variety of qualification levels, as well as providing support and guidance to our students throughout their studies.
The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified within their specialism and have demonstrable experience alongside this. Whilst advantageous, teaching qualifications are not necessary as the College offer support in obtaining this.

If this sounds like you, please apply now!
In return, you will receive 42 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time contracts), and you'll be enrolled onto the Teachers' Pension Scheme which also includes life assurance.
