Hours: 40 per week Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our increasingly busy site in Plymouth.

As a Customer Service Advisor you are the first point of contact.  You will liaise with the customer, the Bodyshop and any 3rd parties to ensure each and every customer has a first-class service. Teamwork is vital, as you will be working with colleagues in the Bodyshop and across other functional areas. A full UK manual driving licence is essential for the role.

Responsibilities include:

• Booking customer cars in for repair/attention
• Preparing job cards and files as necessary
• Maintaining an efficient and effective filing system for associated paperwork
• Providing vehicle progress reports
• Arranging and allocating courtesy cars
• Collecting payments

 You'll need to be flexible as no two days are the same.
