Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a knack for identifying and mitigating potential risks? Acorn by Synergie have an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Micro Systems Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Flint.

As a Systems Administrator, your role will involve conducting thorough plant hygiene and microbial risk reviews, performing validations, conducting data analysis, implementing improvements, conducting investigations, and carrying out internal audits.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Managing data related to hygiene and micro systems, including collecting, organising, and analysing data to identify trends
  • Support on internal auditing and quality walks to identify areas of improvement in GMP.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve hygiene and micro systems, based on data insights and analysis
  • Creating detailed reports and presenting information in graph and dashboard form to key stakeholders
  • Support Group Hygienist in reviewing cleaning and sanitising methods across sites and assisting in development of methods systems / dashboards / PowerBI or data analytics.

Ideal Candidate will possess: 

  • Previous Experience in a similar role, working within the FMCG Industry
  • Confident communication and Influencing skills
  • Experienced with handling lots of data and being able to pull out patterns and trends
  • Attention to detail, with good housekeeping skills
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft packages. Knowledgeable in data management tools such as: Excel macro’s, pivot tables, statistical analysis, and power Bi
  • Health and Safety conscious
  • Experience of investigation processes and writing technical reports
