Job Title: Band 5 Occupational Health Clinic Nurse Job Summary: This role will provide support to specialist nurses in the Occupational Health field. The successful candidate will undertake various occupational health clinical activities following training, induction, and assessment, in alignment with their competency level. They will actively contribute to the development and delivery of Occupational Health Services, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and legislation. Collaboration with other departments within the Health & Social Care sector, such as Health and Safety and Control of Infection, will be essential for achieving corporate objectives and delivering high-quality service. Summary of Practice Area - Occupational Health: The Occupational Health Service provides specialist services contributing to employee health and well-being. Operating Monday - Friday, the service offers health surveillance activities and opportunities for off-site work. New staff will undergo comprehensive training, with ongoing development opportunities expected. Effective registration with the NMC and adherence to Revalidation requirements are essential.
