As our Learn-to-Swim programme continues to grow, we are seeking passionate individuals who are dedicated to developing swimmers and contributing to the expansion of our scheme.
To maintain our high standards, we are specifically seeking candidates who hold (or are working towards) an SEQ Level 1 or Level 2 Teaching Swimming Qualification. Experience in teaching both pre-school and school-age children is highly valued.
Our ideal applicant will possess a confident and outgoing demeanour, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and ideally have previous experience in a bustling swim school. Effective communication skills, along with the ability to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to children of various skill levels (from Duckling beginners to pre-squad levels), are essential.
This is a zero-hour position to cover staff absence. The remuneration for this role is £20.19 per hour plus holiday pay.
