Are you a passionate Head Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and where you’ll be creating traditional pub classics to innovative twists on old favourites, you'll have the freedom to put your own stamp on our menu, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to delight diners of all tastes and preferences.
As Head Chef you will lead our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
