Main duties of the job

Assist with Patient Care: Provide basic healthcare assistance to patients under the supervision of senior staff, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support. Ordering & maintaining appropriate levels of clinical stock. Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by following proper sanitation protocols and adhering to health and safety regulations. Support Care Planning: Assist in developing and implementing care plans for patients, considering their individual needs and preferences, in collaboration with the healthcare team. Coordinate Care Services: Learn to coordinate care services for patients, including scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and communicating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including observations, interventions, and outcomes, in accordance with healthcare policies and procedures.
