Salary : RMT3E - £38,098
Location: Leyland, Lancashire
Job Type: Full-Time
The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Electrician to join our dynamic maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial properties managed by Progress Housing Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Perform diagnostic tests on electrical components and systems.
- Provide exceptional service to tenants and clients, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Valid ECS/JIB card.
- Proven experience as an electrician in residential and/or commercial settings.
- Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
