Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CFT) is pleased to offer vacancies for newly qualified adult registered nurses due to graduate in 2024, who are passionate about providing high quality patient care.

CFT provide a range of mental health and physical health services to children and adults across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Therefore, we are in a unique position to offer opportunities across a range of services including; adult community services, CAMHS, inpatient and community within mental health and physical health.

Main duties of the job

Duties will include:

  • Patient Assessment
  • Care planning and implementation
  • Providing direct personal care
  • Medication administration
  • Monitoring and managing patient health
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals
  • Documentation and record keeping
  • Infection control
  • Patient support and advocacy
