Successful applicants will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at Carew House, Bodmin on 17th May 2023. This will be a morning or afternoon to be confirmed.

Main duties of the job

Duties will include:

• Patient Assessment
• Care planning and implementation
• Providing direct personal care
• Medication administration
• Monitoring and managing patient health
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals
• Documentation and record keeping
• Infection control
• Patient support and advocacy
