Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a UK based interior fit out specialist in their search for a Preconstruction Manager to join their Team. This is an opportunity to be site based in Central London.

Our client is a UK wide specialist interior fit out company that take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various fit out schemes across the UK.

As Senior Pre-Construction Manager/Senior Project Co-ordinator, you will be fully responsible for assigned projects. You will lead, guide, manage and support the project teams, including other PreConstruction team members, Design and the Business Development ("BD") team - primarily up to handover to the Build team, but to be available post-handover.
