Job summary
An exciting opportunity is available as an Acute Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist. This is a permanent post working 37.5 hours per week. The successful applicant will provide strategic and operational leadership for all acute occupational therapy services working closely with the Head of Occupational Therapy and the Clinical Lead OT for Physical Health services. The post holder will carry a clinical caseload.
Main duties of the job
Candidates will need to demonstrate they have advanced clinical skills in acute Occupational Therapy practice together with managerial/ team lead experience to support the operational management of the service on a day to day basis and provide clinical supervision at an advanced level.
Candidates will also need to demonstrate they can support the delivery of change agenda across acute occupational therapy services through leadership skills and an understanding of the current health care delivery agenda for the acute setting.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
