Senior Customer Services Assistant

Rail Gourmet is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Senior Customer Service Assistant for Great Western Railway (GWR) at Plymouth.

 

Shifts: Part time, 16 hours per week. Varied between 6 AM and 10 PM, including weekends.

 

Pay Rate: £ 12.00 per hour.

AS A SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL:

 

  • Oversee efficient loading/unloading of catering equipment and stock from trains.
  • Manage order assembly and maintain precise control over inventory.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
  • Strategically place products to minimize wastage through effective rotation.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT:

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.
  • The role involves manual loading and unloading of items, requiring physical capability and stamina.
