Job summary
Bristol Wellbeing College provides an extensive programme of interactive, psychoeducational, recovery focussed courses to adults receiving support in both primary and secondary mental health care. Our material is written and developed in collaboration with our learners, as experts by experience, and seeks to enable people to take control of their mental wellbeing by learning tools, skills, and strategies. We aim to empower people to develop hope, meaningful relationships, autonomy, and resilience to seek opportunity and fulfilment. Year on year independent analysis shows engagement with the College can result in significant improvements in mental wellbeing and psychological functioning.
Main duties of the job
We are a small, supportive, friendly team. This is an interesting and varied role that is part data led, part client contact, and part quality and development focussed. It encompasses the ability to blend office and home working and be key in helping us develop our service. If you are enthusiastic about making a difference to mental ill-health and wellbeing, spreadsheets make your eyes light up, and you have good interpersonal skills, this could be the role for you!

Ensure accurate collection and recording of attendance and feedback data in a timely fashion, to meet reporting requirements.
Work with manager and colleagues to ensure contractual and organisational targets are met.
Input data, and work with IT lead on data collection and reporting systems (CRM and Excel).
