Job Title: Learning support assistant

Key responsibilities 

• Provide one-on-one assistance to students.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement an educational plan for the student.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to the student and teachers.
• Supervise and support the student during classroom activities and outings.

Skills & experience 

• Experience of working in a similar setting and role
• Experience with working within an educational environment providing academic or personal care support
• Experience with providing/willingness to provide personal care support to individuals with high needs (e. peg feeding, toileting, changing etc.)
• Available to interview immediately
• Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS dated within the last 3 months or on the update service
