Internal Sales Administrator / Sales Order Processor (Telecoms)

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Internal Sales team as a Sales Administrator / Order Processor based in Chelmsford. You'll play a key role in optimising the sales experience for both customers and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of sales orders accurately and efficiently using a bespoke software.
- Manage inbound enquiries, offering pre and post-sales support.
- Organise deliveries for orders, liaising with suppliers to ensure best possible pricing.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Provide sales support to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to guarantee successful order processing.
Requirements:
- Experience in an inventory-based business (a plus).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Package Offered:
- Competitive salary (22,308-26,000 DOE).
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
