Main duties of the job
Day to day management of Community Nursing service
- Supporting staff to develop and enhance their capabilities
- Supporting colleagues in the delivery of compassionate, safe and structured care
- Work innovatively to ensure Community Service is fit for challenges and future demands
- Plan and provide treatment in collaboration with others as appropriate
