Aber Medical Centre is a busy practice with 8700 patient list size, based over 2 areas in Caerphilly. With 5 GP's, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 2 Nurse, Health Care assistant and 3 Phlebotomists caring for our patients. Our admin and reception team consist of a further 20 members. All our staff are highly motivated and enthusiastic, and strive to maintain a high standard of care for all our patients.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for booking appointments face to face and via telephone, prescription requests and queries, scanning letters, typing referral letters to secondary care and third party organisations among other duties.

Surgery opening times are 7.45am - 6.30pm and you will be required to work 20 hours per week over 4 days on a rotational rota to accommodate surgery times.
