Are you a motivated and forward thinking Band 7 looking for your next challenge? An experienced band 6 looking to develop your leadership and service development skills? Or maybe you would be interested in testing the water with a secondment? If so we would love to hear from you.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the inpatient Occupational Therapy team at The Leeds Childrens Hospital (Mon-Fri service). All Childrens wards are covered including Neurology, Oncology, Orthopaedics and PICU.
Neuro rehab skills, complex caseload management, ability to work in a fast paced environment and commitment to patient centred, goal orientated care are all essential requirements.
The Childrens Occupational Therapy Team is committed to staff/service development through appraisal, training, research and audit. Our mission is to make a positive difference in children's lives through the use of specialist, individualised and fun therapy in partnership with the MDT, the child and their family.

The Childrens Occupational Therapy team work across Leeds Childrens Hospital covering both inpatient wards and outpatients. Services include Neurosciences, Oncology, Orthopaedics, General medicine, Neuromuscular, Neonates, Neurodevelopmental, Rheumatology, Chronic Pain, Musculoskeletal and Long Covid. We are a friendly and supportive team, Our aim is to always strive to provide the highest quality of care to our patients, and we are highly committed to supporting CPD and wellbeing of staff.
