Our client is a leading manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a Production Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Part of thre Management team- working on the Night shift
- Management of around 25 staff members includng Production Operatives and Machine Minders
- This is a hands off role- Managing Absences, Holidays, one-to-ones, Disciplinaries, Productivity ect.
- Managing KPIs and ensuring they are met
- Quality Checking
- Reporting accidents and incidents
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Have experience of Management in a production environmemt
- Familiar with the night shift
- IOSH or NEBOSH would be an advantage
