Your new opportunity
Quarriers Homelife Girvan Service supports adults with learning difficulties to live in their own home. We also support adults within their family home.
We work together to create opportunities for the men and women we support, to help them to realise their dreams and aspirations, and lead a fulfilling life through person centred planning. We support individuals from 1 hour per day to 24 hours per day.
We have core and cluster which is 12 flats with staff available onsite 24 hours per day.
All Quarriers support is personalised, with individuals at the centre of all care planning. Quarriers Homelife Support Service helps to meet the individual needs of every person we support, no matter how challenging this may be. At Quarriers, we listen to what is important to the people we support. We apply ourselves to confronting difficulties and we work with every individual to make positive things happen
We are committed to developing the skills of our staff, and invest heavily in training opportunities and staff appraisals.
Central to all training is recognising the potential in every individual, and emphasising our capacity to help bring about positive change in people’s lives
The successful candidate’s role as a Team Leader will involve the day-to-day management of a number of Support Workers and Relief Support Workers, and assisting the Project Manager in the delivery and development of the high-quality services for the people we support.
