Job summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our growing Performance Team. We are seeking an Administrator to provide support to the teams and members of the Adult Mental Health services across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Applicants will be expected to complete an administration Customer Service Qualification and will be required to hold 4 GCSE (or equivalent) grade A-D (including Maths and English). Applicants must not hold a level 2 or equivalent qualification in a similar subject.

This is a fixed term post for 15 months working full time Mon-Fri, 9-5 and is an excellent introduction into the NHS gaining a valuable qualification and experience along the way.

Main duties of the job

You will be part of the growing Performance Team, providing essential administrative support through completing a wide range of tasks.

The performance team work with a variety of services providing vital performance related support and helping the teams achieve their Key Performance Indicators and targets.

You will gain quality administrative experience, an understanding of NHS processes and systems and a detailed understanding of the variety of Teams within the Adult Mental Health Service while gaining a valuable Customer Service qualification. You will be given sufficient time to complete this qualification and the work you complete will go towards achieving this.
