Being a Head Chef you will be taking charge to ensure food is prepared to a high standard to strict deadlines. Using all fresh local produce to develop full diet sensitive meals for residents and helping to develop menus in line with specific diets.

The ideal candidate will have great teamwork and communication skills driven to raise the standards. Self-motivation, flexible, enthusiastic and happy to take responsibility for resolving issues that arise are skills that all apply to this role.
