Accommodation and Support Enabler

YMCA Dulverton Group is in search of a passionate individual to join the West Somerset housing team as an Accommodation & Support Enabler. This pivotal role centres on engaging with residents, employing an asset-based approach to actively foster positive development.

We are seeking a self-motivated team player with a flexible mindset, ready to adapt to new challenges. If you understand the complexities faced by individuals who have experienced homelessness, this role invites you to encourage and enable everyone we support to become empowered by providing opportunities for progressive change.

As an Accommodation & Support Enabler, you'll excel in maintaining precise records of support for a dedicated case load, offering guidance on all facets of independent living. Additionally, you'll oversee individual rent accounts, supporting residents in budgeting to ensure the sustainability of successful tenancies.
