This role is to join our team in a fast paced environment, with a happy, hardworking attitude. We encourage, support and uplift each other. There will be times when you will be working alone in the evenings between 5pm and 11pm as well as working as part of a busy team during the day.  The role consists of varying shift patterns through the week between the hours of 6:30am - 11pm. 

Our hostel is located in the beautiful setting on the Pembrokeshire coast. If you love the sea, outdoors, enjoy working with a fabulous team of individuals and have a passion for the national park and its abundance of wildlife then look no further. 

We offer 15 rooms with 79 beds. 3 x Glamping land-pods, Sea-view Cafe, and live music during high season.

The Role: Your Key Contributions

As a Hospitality Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in making our guests' experiences memorable. Your efforts will be at the core of our mission to provide exceptional hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members and guests.
• Serving and preparing group meals of up to 75 People.
• Preparing and prepping food for our All day menu. including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Working to specific guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in our set menu
• Managing portion control, recording wastage, and upholding high cleanliness & Hygiene standards in our Kitchen. 
• Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping duties in the kitchen including weekly cleaning management.
• Assisting in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serving food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride.
• Suggesting enjoying dinner with us or offering a beverage or dessert as you assist with table service, ensuring a diverse and welcoming experience for all guests.
