The Role Based in Ely, our client's facility provides rehabilitation services for up to 25 individuals with acquired brain injuries. Here, residents receive comprehensive support to address cognitive, behavioural, physical, and emotional challenges. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists, you will lead support workers in empowering individuals to achieve their goals, from regaining mobility to relearning daily tasks. As Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the facility to uphold the highest standards of treatment and care. Your role involves inspiring, motivating, and developing your team to ensure they deliver exceptional support to residents. Additionally, you will drive organisational and planned changes within the service and promote the facility to potential commissioners and referrers.
