The company provides a range of services within residential, nursing and learning disability registered homes for adults. The range of services provided are for people living with dementia, mental ill health, autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, complex needs and people who may present with behaviours of concern as well as those that are frail and elderly.

Support and- Advocacy: Provide support, advocacy, and- information to the individuals we support.
Emotional and- Practical Support: Offer emotional and- practical support to service users.
Personal Care: Assist service users with personal care needs sensitively and- to a high standard, including personal hygiene, laundry, financial planning, and- meal preparation.
Medication Support: Support service users with taking prescribed medicine, adhering to policies on storage, administering, and- record-keeping.
Independence and- Training: Enable service users to achieve independence through information, opportunity, training, counseling, and- support.
Choice and- Support Needs: Encourage service users to identify and- choose their support needs.
Care Plans: Develop, implement, and- review care plans in consultation with service users and- their representatives.
Home Environment: Maintain a safe and- supportive home by:
Community Engagement: Assist individuals in becoming valued community members by:
Rights Protection: Ensure the protection and- respect of service users` rights, including privacy, choice, and- property.
Professional Liaison: Maintain contact and- liaise with healthcare professionals and- service providers on behalf of service users.
Record Keeping and- Administration: Keep records and- assist with administrative tasks, following the company`s financial procedures.
Training and- Development: Participate in training, supervision, and- appraisal processes to enhance knowledge and- performance.
Policy Adherence: Work within and- promote the company`s policies and- procedures, maintaining confidentiality and- promoting equality.
Teamwork: Be an active and- supportive team member, covering for- colleagues as needed and- sharing knowledge and- experiences.
Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties as directed by the Team Leader/Regional Manager to ensure smooth business operations.
