Job summary

We are seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Social Worker to join our supportive and friendly team within the Children with Disabilities Service on the Isle of Man! The Children & Families Division is committed to the provision of safeguarding services to the children of the Island. We work to ensure that children in contact with the Service will have the best possible opportunities in life.

Main duties of the job

In this role, you will be responsible for the care management of children and young people who have a disability or impairment. These children may be the subject of Children with Complex Needs Plans, Looked After Children Care Plans, Child Protection Plans or subject to statutory orders.

 Annual leave starting from 21 days, a Privilege Day and all Manx and U.K. bank holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.
