This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our increasingly busy site in Gloucester.
As the first point of contact you will be the face of our Bodyshop. Liaising with the customer, the Bodyshop and any third parties to make sure every customer has an excellent experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Booking customer cars in for repair/attention
- Preparing job cards and files as necessary
- Maintaining an efficient and effective filing system for associated paperwork
- Providing vehicle progress reports
- Arranging and allocating courtesy cars
- Collecting payments,
You'll need to be flexible as no two days are the same. You'll also need a driving licence if you're going to be part of the team.
