Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our OD and People Team, and we are now recruiting for a Personal Assistant and Administratorfor theDeputy Chief People Officer (DCPO). This is an important role and you will be providing a range of PA and administrative support which will include organising and maintaining systems, being the first point of telephone contact for the DCPO, attending and supporting at meetings, taking minutes, managing budgetary requisition and purchase orders and ensuring the smooth functioning of the wider team.
You will need to be a clear and effective communicator and confident interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders. You will also need to be committed to ensuring that confidentially is maintained at all times.
You will be highly computer literate, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and using it to good effect. You must also be able to work independently, using your initiative, managing and prioritising your own workload, and respond swiftly to changing demands and the needs of the department.
This is also a secondment opportunity for existing, substantive, internal staff but please ensure you get managerial approval before submitting an application.
